Gouk & Sullivan wins the tender to provide electric motor repair services for the Tasman Pulp & Paper Company in Kawerau. Paul Milbank establishes a workshop on the Tasman site and Gouk & Sullivan (BOP) Limited is born
Steve Milbank moves to Kawerau to take up the role of Workshop Manager at Gouk & Sullivan (BOP) Ltd
THE BUSINESS MOVES
The business moves to a larger purpose- built 1200m2 high stud workshop in Manukorihi Drive, Kawerau, to accommodate the growing demand for motor & generator services in the wider Bay of Plenty region
STEVE MILBANK BECOMES
Steve Milbank becomes General Manager of Gouk & Sullivan (BOP) Ltd. and becomes a Director / Shareholder making Gouk & Sullivan (BOP) Ltd. wholey owned by the Milbank Family
CRAIG MILBANK ACQUIRES
Craig Milbank acquires Paul Milbank’s shareholding in Gouk & Sullivan (BOP) Ltd. to allow Paul to semi-retire and take up a part-time / advisory role
WITH AN EXPANDING CUSTOMER BASE
With an expanding Customer base & work load the company commits to an additional 1200m2 high-stud workshop with increased lifting capacity
